The wisdom to be at peace is not in fearing and pushing away anxiety or uncomfortable sensations. It is in accepting, listening to and understanding the messages to be present, to be aligned with your true nature; a state of being calm, comfortable, relaxed, content, nonjudgmental, aware, curious, loving, compassionate, appreciative, humble, open and creative.
When present not only can one's needs and choices be more clear to keep present, there is also a knowing that one can handle whatever arises.
