The wisdom to be at peace is not in fearing and pushing away anxiety or uncomfortable sensations but accepting, listening to and understanding the message to become present and aligned with your true energy; where you are calm, comfortable, content, nonjudgmental, aware, curious, humble, open and creative.
When present not only can a person become aware of one's needs in the now, but the choices to get one's needs met to keep grounded in presence can also become clear. This can bring about a state of peace.

Being present can help to transcend anxiety and uncomfortable sensations, which can create a state of contentment and peace.
We offer two free online adult groups and one kid/teen group for learning, practicing and strengthening a lifestyle of being present, an adult general online support group, as well as individual support for kids, teens, adults and families..

Our mission is to have uncomfortable sensations serve as a guide towards a state of peace through being present.
Our vision is to create a more peaceful way of being with whatever is happening.
This can lesson distress, pain and suffering and bring value to all. In addition, a sense of empowerment can be felt with having a knowing that one can handle what may arise.
