The wisdom to becoming present is not in fearing and pushing away anxiety or uncomfortable sensations but accepting, listening to and understanding their messages of what you are needing to be present; feeling calm and content.
And when you are present the choices of getting your needs met and the actions to meet your needs will arise. This can create a state of peace because in being present your actions and intentions will align with your energy, your true self, and will bring value to yourself, others, the world and the universe.

We are a community that supports one another who suffer from anxiety. There is always a way to create how you want to be and live.
For those interested we also hold a group to practice, implement and strengthen a lifestyle of being present.
We offer free online anxiety support groups, free individual and family support, as well as a group to support those interested in practicing and implementing a lifestyle of being present.
Our anxiety support groups meet via Zoom every
Thursday from 7pm to 8pm PST
and
Tuesday from 3pm to 4pm PST
Individual and family support is available Mond
