Our mission is to have fun creating in the moment music together.
Our vision is to cultivate an inclusive, peaceful community through present moment drumming.
I offer a free drum circle in Seattle, WA every 1st Wednesday of the month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at Peer Seattle on Capital Hill.
And I offer a free monthly drum circle in Edmonds, WA every 2nd Thursday of the month from 7pm to 8pm at the Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation.

Free Facilitated Drum Circle Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 7pm to 8pm in Edmonds, WA.
-Where: Edmonds Unitarian Universalist Congregation

-Who: all skill levels are welcome
-What to bring: bring your own drum and or percussion. Drums and percussion are also available to borrow.
Parking and entrance are around the back of the buildling.

Drum circle programs and themes that I use come from the Rhythm2Recovery and Beat the Odds trainings I have completed. Some of the themes are emotional regulation, mindfulness, collaboration, values, needs, boundaries and grounding.

A variety of buses stop close to Peer Seattle near E Pine St and Bellevue Ave or E Pine St and Belmont and there are several other close bus stops too.
