Arrow UP is a way to guide you to understand and not fear anxiety. Arrow UP can also help shift anxiety and uncomfortable feelings to a state of peace of being calm, comfortable, content and prosperous, wherever you are and with whatever you are doing, through being present.
When you are present you can learn to align with your energy, and then awareness of your needs, the choices you have to meet your needs, and the actions to get your needs met will arise from your inner wisdom and will benefit yourself, others, the world and the universe. From this a state of peace can manifest.
