Arrow Up: Steps to become present for peace

1. Acknowledge what is actually happening

2. Relax

3. Realize the conflict or challenge

4. Own your need

5. Welcome wisdom

6. Understand your intention

7. Prosper with peace

The vision of the Present for Peace Arrow UP steps is to enable you to have a more peaceful way of being with whatever is happening. This not only can benefit you but others as well.

With practice, attention, and awareness to be present you can transcend uncomfortable feelings, distress and suffering and be at peace with whatever is happening.
