Who: all skill levels are welcome
What to bring: bring your own drum and or percussion. Drums and percussion are also available to borrow.

Participating in a drum circle, creating in the moment music with others, can be a fun way to explore, discover and deepen presence.
To non-judgmentally allow whatever rhythm is wanting to move through can be very transformative.
