Free Facilitated Drum Circle Every 2nd Thursday of the month from 7pm to 8pm

Who: all ages and skill leves, kids must be supervised.
Bring your own drum and or percussion. Drums and percussion can also be available to borrow, contact Cindy at presentforpeace@gmail.com.

Participating in a drum circle and creating in the moment music with others, can be a fun way to explore, discover and deepen presence.
To non-judgmentally allow whatever rhythm is wanting to move through can be very transformative.
Drumming can also relieve stress, enhance creativity, promote collaboration and create connections.
