Free Group, Individual and family Support

Currently, our groups meet online via Zoom where you can join with or without your video or by phone, and individual and family support is offered via Zoom or by phone.

Adult Group to learn, practice and strengthen a lifestyle of being present

Every Tuesday 5:30PM to 6:30PM PST via Zoom

Every Wednesday 4PM to 5PM PST via Zoom

Every Wednesday 7pm to 8pm PST via Zoom


General Support Group for Adults

Every Wednesday from 5:30PM to 6:30PM PST via Zoom


Kid and Teen Mindfulness and Presence Support Group
